Frequently Asked Questions

Shopping Cart Problems:
If you are having problems with the shopping cart, such as items showing up from your last order, you probably need to reset the shopping cart.  If the postage rate is not appearing and you are shipping to a US address, make sure you have entered a zip code and clicked recalculate postage.  If that does not solve the problem you probably need to reset the shopping cart.

Shipping:  During the Check Out process you will need to select a shipping method...


  • USA
    - All items available on our site can be shipped anywhere in the US.  If you are shipping to a FPO or PO Box please select USPS Priority Mail as UPS does not deliver to FPO or  PO Boxes.  After you select your shipping options and click RECALCULATE SHIPPING, the shipping charge will appear towards the upper right.  You may wish to try different shipping options to determine which price and option works best for your order.   After we ship your item, PayPal will email you a tracking number.
     


  • Europe
    - We will ship CDs, CASSETTE TAPES and DVDs to E.U. member countries.  We can not ship VHS tapes as VHS tapes will not work in a European VHS player.  CDs and DVDs that can be shipped to Europe have an E.U. flag in their description.  Make sure you select EUROPE SHIPPING for your shipping options during checkout.
     


  • CANADA - We will ship CDs, CASSETTE TAPES and VIDEOS (DVD and VHS) to Canada.  Items that can be shipped to Europe have an Canada flag in their description.  Make sure you select CANADA SHIPPING for your shipping options during checkout.
     

Payments:  We accept

  • Online Payments - Credit Cards, Direct Debit, GIRO and eChecks via PayPal
     

  • Checks via the US mail and drawn in US$ from a US Bank
     

  • Credit Cards via telephone
     

Returns:
In general we do not accept returns.  However, we are very honest people and if you have an issue with an item you purchased from us we will work with you to correct the problem for refund the price.  We do not refund shipping cost.  CDs & Videos can only be returned if defective and they will be replaced.

Shipping:
We ship via either UPS ground, 2nd day, next day or US Priority Mail.  Upon checkout you can change shipping options and select the method and price that works best for you.  After we ship your item, we will email you a tracking number.
